1. Grapefruit Kombucha Margaritas
Combine ½ cup tequila, ¼ cup lime juice, ¼ cup grapefruit juice, and 3 tablespoons simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 30 seconds. Pour over ice in 2 rocks glasses with salted rims. Top each glass with 2 tablespoons kombucha and garnish with lime slices and one of those adorable cocktail umbrellas.

3. Lemon Blueberry Vodka Spritzer
Combine 1.5 oz. of blueberry flavoured vodka with honey syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake it until chilled. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with lemon-flavoured sparkling water. Garnish with blueberries and a slice of lemon desired then sip...

5. Pomegranate Spritzers
Divide ice cubes into 2 separate glasses, pour 6 oz. pomegranate juice in each, then squeeze one half of a lime’s juice on top. Add 4 oz. of hibiscus tea into each glass. Finish with 8 oz. soda water or champagne then swirl with a cocktail stirrer until well-mixed. Top with pomegranate seeds and a lime wedge then serve. Make sure you have some cocktail napkins handy, pomegranates can make a mess!

6. Cucumber Melon Gin Spritzer
Cut a few slices of ripe honeydew melon. Remove seeds and rind. Puree the honeydew in a blender or food processor. Fill your cocktail glasses with ice cubes and a few cucumber slices. Pour in gin, pureed melon, syrup, and top with club soda. Gently stir and garnish with a cucumber slice.

7. Aperol Grapefruit Margarita
Add 2 oz. of tequila, 1 oz. of Aperol, 2 oz. of grapefruit juice, and squeeze fresh lime juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with grapefruit or orange rounds if you're feeling fancy.

In a shaker with ice, combine 1½ oz. Absolut Citron, 1 oz. Cointreau, ¾ oz. cranberry juice, ½ oz. lime juice, 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters, and 5 mint leaves. Shake vigorously, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda, and garnish with a mint bouquet.

9. Pineapple-Basil Smash
Add 1 ½ oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey, ¼ oz. Chartreuse, 1 oz. fresh pineapple juice, ¾ oz. simple syrup, 3 basil leaves, and ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice to a shaker with ice. Shake well, and strain the mixture into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice, serve on a topical coaster then kick back and enjoy!

10. A Dozen Roses
Muddle 3 raspberries in a shaker. Add in 1 ½ oz. Hanger 1 Rose Vodka, ½ oz. Lillet Blanc, ¾ oz. lemon juice, ½ oz. simple syrup, and some ice. Shake to combine, double-strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with dried rose petals.
