Once you have placed an order via our website you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This is automatically generated. Please check this confirmation email and contact us immediately if there are errors or changes that need to be made.
If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.

- Delivery to the above countries is charged at €55,96 and will be dispatched in 3-4 business days. Delivery may take up to 21 business days depending on local customs and duty regulations. Please allow ample time for delivery if you are an international customer.

Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to dispatch orders to any BFPO address. We also do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

International shipments may be subject to the imposition of customs or import duties once they reach their destination. You will be liable for all of these duties and it is your sole responsibility to pay the charges to release the goods from the shipment. We are legally required to declare the full value of the shipment and will provide an invoice to customs should they require it. We are unable to estimate these exact charges so we recommend you contact your local customs office to ascertain the duties imposed.

If customs duties are refused or unpaid these will be deducted from any future refund if applicable. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country.

All our styles advertised should be in stock. Very occasionally we may unexpectedly run out of a style and if this happens, we will refund you. If the item is due to come in within the week, we will endeavour to ship your order the same day our stock arrives. Any later, you will be notified and refunded.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. Please send any requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Changed your mind about your sunny stuff? Unwashed and unused items in their original condition may be returned with the original invoice within 14 days of order receipt.
Returns of online purchases must be made by post.
Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).
Sale items are subject to the same returns policy.
Please email email@example.com with your order confirmation, photos of your item and why you'd like to return your product and we'll get back to you within 1 business day.
As Sunnylife is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item please request to return the item and you can place a new order

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with Sunnylife you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
Sunnylife retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail receipt of your orders. The email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of recoming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Sunnylife.
Sunnylife does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the sunnylife.com.au, sunnylife.com or uk.sunnylife.com websites. Your credit card details are processed by stripe through the website, which is linked to our banks merchant account.
