Champagne Bowler
Two wines, cognac and fresh strawberries combine for a summertime burst of flavour. Mix it up in less than 3 minutes and serve immediately.
All you need is:
-
8 large fresh strawberries (sliced)
-
1 tbsp simple syrup
-
30 ml cognac
-
30 ml white wine (chilled)
-
100 ml Champagne (chilled)
Gather the ingredients, then to a cocktail shaker add the strawberries (leaving two aside) and simple syrup. Muddle well to really extract the flavour from the berries. Add the cognac and white wine before filling the shaker halfway with ice. Shake well and pour between two large wine glasses (ice included) before topping with Champagne. Garnish with an additional strawberry and enjoy!
Sgroppino
An Italian inspired cocktail sure to keep you cool and refreshed. Plus, it's ready to pack a punch in just 5 minutes.
All you need is:
-
2 tbsp lemon sorbet
-
30 ml vodka
-
180 ml Champagne (chilled)
Simply put a tablespoon of lemon sorbet into the bottom of a Champagne flute, pour half a shot of vodka over each, then top with Champagne. The sorbet will rise to the top and makes for a nice touch of sweetness. Serve immediately before the sorbet melts.
Mimosa
Think boozy bottomless brunch, this icon is a holiday must drink whether it's the morning, the afternoon, or any time of day. Even better, this cocktail requires next to no time or effort but won't disappoint.
All you need is:
-
100 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed and chilled)
-
200 ml Champagne (chilled)
-
2 strawberries (to garnish)
Probably the easiest Champagne cocktail recipe of all time, two ingredients and two steps. Pour the orange juice between two glasses and top both up with Champagne. For an added touch, add a strawberry to the glass rim.
