Did something arrive that didn't seem quite right?

Returns

We offer 30 days from when you receive your order to return your sunnystuff for change of mind. The item must be unused with fully intact packaging. Once we receive your return our team we will assess the item and reach out to you regarding the refund.

We don't offer complimentary labels for returns, exchanges or change of mind. We recommend when sending your order back to us using a trackable service as we're not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Exchanges

We’re unable to offer exchanges, however, please feel free to return your item so we can organise a refund and you can repurchase what you would like on our website.

Faulties

We offer a 12-month warranty on all our Sunnylife items. To obtain a replacement for a faulty product, the below will need to be provided to our customer service team for assessment.

  1. Proof of the product fault.
  2. Proof of purchase.

Due to unforeseen duties and charges incurred at customs we are unable to send replacement products internationally from our warehouses in Sydney, London and LA. If you are a Sunnylife online customer with a faulty product and reside internationally, we can offer you a full refund for your faulty product.

If you have purchased one of our items from a Sunny retailers then you will need to reach out to them for their replacement policy.
