Gift Card FAQs
e-gift cards can be purchased online via our website. These gift cards can only be redeemed on the site and in the currency in which they are purchased.
No, you will only be charged for the amount allocated to the e-gift card. There are no additional processing fees.
Yes, you can choose from one of 4 predefined values; €10, €25, €50, €100, €150, €175, €200 and €500. If you would like a higher value you can purchase multiple gift cards in the one transaction.
No, unfortunately the value of the gift card cannot be changed once the purchase is made.
They will get an email which contains the Sunnylife gift card as well as information on the card's value, the voucher code and instruction on how to redeem it.
As soon as the purchase is complete they should recieve their email.
Only on the Sunnylife website and only in the region and currency it was purchased from. It cannot be used on any other site or in any retail locations, including our own.
Sunnylife Gift Cards bought at www.sunnylife.com.au expire 3 years from the purchase date.

Step 1: Have your gift card email containing the voucher code ready.
Step 2: Shop the Sunnylife website as per usual, adding products to cart.
Step 3: When you get to the payment page in the checkout, enter the voucher code in the box asking for 'Gift card or discount code' then apply the gift card.
The full available value of the gift card will be applied to the order. In the event the order value is greater than the amount available on the gift card, you will need to pay the remaining difference.
Gift cards should be treated like cash and their details are only as secure as the email recieving them. If you lose the details or someone steals them, Sunnylife is unable to reissue or replace them. Sunnylife will not be liable for redeemed gift cards if they have been stolen.
