Ingredients (serves 8)
- 1 bottle dry rosé chilled (750 ml)
- ¼ cup rum
- 1 16 oz container frozen strawberries in syrup (partially thawed)
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- ¼ cup of sugar or to taste
- 3 cups of ice
Method
- Combine frozen strawberries, rum, sugar, and half of the rosé
- Blend until combined
- Add the remaining rosé and ice, blend until smooth
- Serve
Aperol Spritz
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 400ml aperol
- 400ml prosecco
- 2 oranges
- 600ml soda water
- 4 cups crushes ice
- Garnish: 4 rosemary sprigs
Method
- Fill 4 large cocktail glasses with crushed ice. Add 100ml aperol and 100ml prosecco to each
- Juice one orange and divide between glasses. Peel thin strips from the orange for garnish
- Slice the other orange and add to each glass
- Top with soda water and garnish with rosemary sprigs
