As the trend experts of Los Angeles, California - L.A. Weekly’s Summer House event in Palm Springs, was the ultimate way to kick off & unwind during the first weekend of Coachella ’19. This must-attend event was a wonderful opportunity for guests to pre-party, chill out or recuperate in amidst the whirlwind of Coachella. We headed down early, to deck the place out with our summer best, ensuring that everyone got a sweet taste of the Sunnylife. We floated the day away with some truly gorgeous people, like Ashlee Simpson-Ross, Cuba Gooding Jr, Ashley Greene, Victoria Justice & Karreuche Tran.
Attendees partied in the lap of luxury, with complimentary drinks provided by Beefeater Gin and Ciroc and tasty spreads provided by top chefs. For instance, chef Daniel Villanueva's famous Icelandic smoked salmon salad and eggs with duck for the recovery brunch or chef Mikail Sayeed's offering of stuffed braised mushroom and chicken bottomless tacos, for fist pumping fuel. Guests also enjoyed hydration stations by Skin Laundry.
