Design your own float competition

1. Entrants must refer to the information and submission form above to find out how to enter and submit their designs. Entrants are required to accurately enter all information into the online submission form.
2. Competition prize, winners will receive a credit to the Sunnylife website valued at AU$500. Your float will be designed by us and feature a little bit about you on the packaging. There will be three runners up who each will receive AU$100 x 3.
3. Should an entrant's contact details change during the competition period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify Sunnylife via email: social@sunnylife.com.au.
4. The competition commences at 09.00 am AEDT 19 October 2021 and closes on 15 November 2021 at 11.59 pm AEDT. Entries are deemed to be received during this time frame and will not be accepted after the competition closing date. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. The competition is open to residents globally, there is no age limit. One entry per person only. Sunnylife employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the competition. Immediate family includes but is not limited to any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle.
5. Sunnylife reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of the entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual who Sunnylife believes has breached any of the conditions of entry, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful activity.
6. The Head Office team at Sunnylife, Sydney Australia will judge all entries and select a final winner and the three runners up. The winner and runners up will be notified directly via email or telephone and will also be announced via a Sunnylife email newsletter sent to all Sunnylife email subscribers within Australia, UK, EU and the US on Saturday 20th November 2021 9.00 am local time. The winning design will be produced as part of the Sunnylife summer range in 2023/2024.
7. The winner will have their name and face featured on the product packaging and on any marketing collateral used to support the new product. The winner will receive their winning product when the final product is produced.
8. By entering your design in this competition, you grant consent and license to Sunnylife to use your name, design and representations of your design within Sunnylife marketing communications globally without compensation or credit. For avoidance of doubt, you agree that the prizes offered in this competition are sufficient compensation for your design and any intellectual property therein.
9. Sunnylife Australia will be the sole owner of the winning design and produced products (if any). All designs produced pursuant to this Competition including but not limited to inventions, designs, concepts, artwork, names, brands, logos, advertisements, images, layouts, drawings, (‘Works’) created by the Entrant resides in Sunnylife. The Entrant shall receive no right of ownership in the Works. The Entrant agrees to assign to Sunnylife free of charge, any present and future copyright, designs, inventions, trademarks and any other Intellectual Property in and to the Works upon submission of the Works.
10. The Entrant agrees that, if required to do so, they will execute all documents and do all things necessary to give effect to the assignments of the Works to Sunnylife.
11. By submitting your entry to this competition, entrants warrant that they have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
