Oludeniz Beach - Turkey
Situated on the western edge of Turkey, on what is known as the Turquoise Coast, Oludeniz Beach is also referred to as the 'Blue Lagoon'. Protected by the surrounding mountains the beautiful aqua water is calm and still. It's the perfect spot for little ones to splash and play or for adults who want to take a relaxing dip and escape the heat.
Zlatni Rat Beach - Brac, Croatia
Zlatni Rat Beach on Brac Island is one of the most famous beaches in all of Croatia. The white pebble beach is ideal for a day spent relaxing by the water's edge. Soak up the summer vibes and order a cold drink from one of the beachside kiosks, lay back on a hired beach bed or rent a paddleboat and spend an afternoon exploring the depths of clear blue water!
Praia da Marinha - Algarve, Portugal
With its beautiful warm climate and Atlantic shores, Praia da Marinha Beach is one of the most loved beaches in the world. Located in a small town in the south of Portugal, Praia da Marinha is most recognisable for its yellow limestone cliffs. You can even swim or paddleboard below the famous 'm' shaped limestone arches, known as 'The Cathedral'. The golden sand and blue water of the beach is ideal for swimming with kids and families and is loved by the locals just as much as it is by travellers.
Our Lady Beach - Porquerolles, France
Considered one of the most serene beaches in the French Riviera, Our Lady Beach is located on the island of Porquerolles. Yachts anchor in the shelter of the harbour while the calm, shallow water and yellow sand are perfect for swimmers. To reach the secluded beach you can rent a bike and ride from the small village on the island or take a boat from the mainland.
Navagio Beach - Zakynthos, Greece
Also known as 'Shipwreck Beach', Navagio Beach on Zakynthos is a protected cove with a rusting shipwreck lodged in the sand. With the shipwreck as a prominent attraction, the beach is a popular site for visitors to Zakynthos and the surrounding islands. Swim, sunbathe or climb the limestone cliffs surrounding the beach and enjoy the stunning view across the water. The beach is also a beautiful spot to relax as the sun sets over the ocean.
