The Mermaid Lemonade 🧜‍♀️

INGREDIENTS:

x2 cups of ice cubes

¼ cup blue curacao

¼ cup of rum

x2 cups lemonade

x4 lemon slices

8 maraschino cherries

DIRECTIONS:

1| Put ¼ cup of ice in each glass, add a splash of blue curacao, ¼ cup of rum and another ¼ cup of ice

(the ice helps with the ombre)

Pour over ½ cup lemonade

2| Decorate and Garnish: Skewer a lemon slice & x2 maraschino cherries on a paper umbrella

3| Let your hair down, pretend you are a mermaid & take your cocktail poolside

INGREDIENTS:

¼ cup of sugar

Zest of 1 orange

X3 (12oz) cans of Spindrift Orange Mango or Schweppes Natural Mineral Water Orange & Mango

1 (750ml) Bottle of Prosecco or Champagne

Grenadine

Orange slices - for garnish only

DIRECTIONS:

1 | On a shallow plate, stir your sugar & orange zest, use the orange zest to wet the rim of your glasses then dip in the sugar mixture

2| Fill the glasses half-way with either the Spindrift Orange Mango or Schweppes and top up with Prosecco or Champagne.

Finish with a splash of Grenadine & garnish with a little orange wedge 🍊

3| Don’t let anyone tell you it’s too early for a Mimosa on a Saturday or Sunday


GAME CHANGER…

Watermelon Margaritas 🍉

No summer is complete without Margaritas, especially with this summer twist!

INGREDIENTS:

For your glass rim:

X2 tbsp Kosher Salt

1 tbsp Granulated Sugar

Zest of 1 Lime

Lime Wedge

FOR THE DRINK:

x4 cups of chopped watermelon

¼ cup of lime juice

¼ cup of triple sec

x4 watermelon slices (for garnish)

x4 lime rounds (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS:

1| Place your watermelon on a large tray (line with baking paper) pop in the freezer until hardened

(should take 2 hours)

2| Combine the salt, sugar and lime zest on a small plate & stir to combine. Use the lime wedge to wet the rim of your margarita glass, dip rims in salt mixture.

3| In a blender, combine frozen watermelon, lime juice, tequila and triple sec, blend until smooth. Poor into rimmed glass and garnish with a watermelon slice & lime round.

4| Grab your sombrero and pair your marg with some chips and guac 🥑
