Ten years ago, I bought my first Golden Swan. It was beautiful and my grandchildren loved it for many years!!! I wanted another one in our pool. I received it two months ago and after a few days in the water , it started to deflate. I contacted customer service and asked if they had a patch kit I could purchase. They were amazing. They sent me a new Golden Swan. I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t ask for it to be replaced.
