- The strap is a precaution to prevent the vest riding up when in the water due to its buoyancy, but should not be adjusted to be too tight.

This swim vest is not only adorable but really functional too. My daughter loves it. She wears it around the house and on the walk to the pool. I was really impressed with how well it floats and it doesn't ride up under her chin like some vests do.

Great vest
My little girl loved this vest and got lots of use of it on our holiday. The only thing I will say is that it is rather big. She’s in 3-4 clothes and it did ride up on her so will probably fit her better next year.
