From when you receive your SUNNYLiFE delivery, we offer 30
days to make a change of mind return. All product/s must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive your return to our fulfilment centre, we will assess the product/s before processing your refund. When sending your order back to us, we recommend that you use a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. SUNNYLiFE doesn't offer prepaid labels for change-of-mind returns.

We offer a 12-month warranty on all SUNNYLiFE products. To obtain a replacement for a faulty product, please provide the following to our friendly team here.

Due to duties and charges incurred at customs, we are unable to send replacement products internationally from our fulfilment centres; in this case, a refund would be processed.

These chairs have an internal locking system that allows them to remain in a secure position for you to lean back and relax. To release this mechanism, fold the back of the seat forward, toward the seat of the chair. You will hear the chair click and release.
